Do I need to choose a facial first?
No. Select “Help me choose” in the form and we will discuss the options with you.
What is the difference between Basic and Luxury?
Basic focuses on cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask and finishing care. Luxury offers a personalised plan with additional steps and optional enhancements.
Can I add Glow Peel and microneedling?
Yes, these can be discussed as part of a tailored facial plan, including Pink Glow hyaluronic acid. Your practitioner will assess suitability and explain the steps, price and aftercare.
Is every treatment suitable for everyone?
Suitability varies. Tell us about sensitivities, current skincare, recent treatments and relevant health information during your consultation.
Will I need downtime?
This depends on the steps chosen. Peel and microneedling can require recovery and specific aftercare; we will explain what to expect before treatment.
